Humana Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Base Plan (90/10)

State Health Plan Medicare retirees have several options for health plan coverage. One of these options is the Humana Group Medicare Advantage PPO Base Plan (90/10)*, which includes Medicare prescription drug coverage. 

* The Humana Group Medicare Advantage Plans have a benefit value equivalent to a 90/10 plan.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: You cannot be enrolled in multiple Medicare Health Plans (Medicare Part D and/or Medicare Advantage). Should you (or a covered spouse) choose to enroll in an outside Medicare Health Plan, you will be disenrolled from your Humana Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Plan (90/10) and automatically moved to the 70/30 PPO Plan. This could significantly impact your premiums.
