Special Board of Trustees Meeting
Executive Session

The State Health Plan’s Board of Trustees will hold a special Board meeting pursuant to Article 33C of Chapter 143 of the General Statutes on Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m., at the Department of State Treasurer, 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC, to consult with legal counsel in closed session pursuant to G.S. 143-318.11(a)(1) and (a)(3).
Please note that no votes are expected to be taken upon returning to open session.
