Wellness Programs
Because adults spend much of their waking time at work, the State Health Plan is exploring ways to assist employees with wellness programs that encourage healthy behaviors, including:

- Lower levels of stress
- Increased well-being, self-image and self-esteem
- Tobacco cessation
