Mail order is available for members requiring long-term prescriptions. Enjoy the convenience of having your long-term medications delivered to your home or office by using Medco By Mail. To start enjoying this benefit, download the mail order form (PDF, 50 KB) and submit it to Medco, or visit Accredo Web site and register. Once registered, members will be able to order refills online. Members can also order refills by phone by calling 1-877-988-0059. When using the automated refill system, please have your member ID number ready, along with the refill slip with the prescription information. Refills are usually delivered within 8 days after an order is received. Remember:
- Registered pharmacists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- You can choose to pay by check, money order, credit card or through Medco’s automatic payment program.
- Standard shipping is free.
