NC HealthSmart Training 101 Toolbox
NC HealthSmart is a healthy living initiative for eligible members* of the State Health Plan. The initiative offers members a variety of free and low cost resources to enhance their health and wellness. The NC HealthSmart Training 101 Toolbox provides health benefit representatives and wellness leaders with ready-to-use materials they need to promote NC HealthSmart at "lunch and learns," educational sessions and other worksite wellness events.
The resources below can be used to promote NC HealthSmart to your employees. Check back often for new or updated materials.
*Members eligible for NC HealthSmart services are members whose primary health coverage is through the State Health Plan. Federal law prohibits the Plan from using your personal health information to discriminate against you in any way or from giving this information to your employing agency/school or other unauthorized third party, unless required by law.
