Our Mission
The State Health Plan for Teachers and State Employees partners with the
North Carolina General Assembly, the Plan’s Board of Trustees and other key stakeholders to provide quality health care products and services for
the health
and wellbeing of Plan members.
Our Vision
As a health policy leader, the Plan applies best practices and fiscal accountability
to the challenges of addressing chronic conditions, wellness promotion and
access to affordable health care across the membership spectrum.
